TAKE THE TIME TO ENJOY!

TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE!!



















I must admit that I haven't listened to any of Mr. McGraw's music...but I must also admit that when I heard his song one day on the radio, while I was rearranging my bedroom furniture, it stopped me dead in my tracks! I had to stop what I was doing and sit down and listen to what he was saying.

His song made so much sense to me. It made me think....

I think that probably alot of us get too caught up in this crazy world of life and sweat the small stuff.

I know that I'm guilty of it.

I wish that we could all look around our little world and realize what is truly important to us.

We need to all enjoy our time here on our precious planet Earth and take notice of the small things in life, that are right before our very eyes, that we never seem to take the time to notice.

It reminds me of the movie, "American Beauty".

At the end of the movie when Lester Burnham dies, played by Kevin Spacey, he says......

"I guess I could be pretty pissed off about what happened to me ... but it's hard to stay mad when there's so much beauty in the world. Sometimes I feel like I'm seeing it all at once, and it's too much. My heart fills up like a balloon that's about to burst ...
And then I remember ... to relax, and not try to hold on to it. And then it flows through me like rain. And I can't feel anything but gratitude for every single moment of my stupid little life. You have no idea what I'm talking about, I'm sure. Don't worry ... you will someday."

We can all learn an important lesson from Lester Burnham and from the song by Tim McGraw.

Life is short......please take the time to enjoy it while you can.
