THIS IS COOL.........

MARS.....................

HEART ON MARS..............

The Red Planet gets the prize for having the most heart of any object in the solar system. This image of a heart was released to the public just before Valentine's Day in 2000.
The Mars Global Surveyor image shows a relatively small heart-shaped mesa, just 279 yards (255 meters) across, in the south polar region of Mars. Unlike another heart on Mars, which was formed as a pit, this one stands out.

Researchers say the heart is no alien creation. Instead it is no more than a pit, a collapsed region of the surface technically known as a "graben." It formed along a fault line when the bedrock moved around. The depression is about 1.4 miles (2.3 kilometers) wide.

HAPPY FACE ON MARS........

The Happy Face crater is not a trick of light, it's a trick of geography. The peaks and ridges that form the eyes, nose, and mouth of the face are real. They are visible in photos obtained from different angles and in many different lighting conditions. However, all of the features that contribute to the appearance of a face are completely natural and their arrangement is a result of chance, not design.

Until we meet again.....Hearts and Happy Faces from the Moon............Lj
