Thank you Motherdear. I had been searching for the perfect song to put on my blog. When I found this one and listened and watched, I did the same thing that you did. I just couldn't believe how beautiful the song was and how beautifully portrayed the story of the song was done. I too cried, watching it over and over, and still if I watch it again, I still cry. The truth and reality of the song just breaks my heart. It's now got to be one of my favorites, and I must admit, that I like some country music, but don't really listen to much of it. This song hit home with me! Thanks again and I'm glad that your sister liked it as well.....Lj
I followed Motherdear's recommendation to come here and I'm so glad I did. Lj, that was SO beautiful!!
I was fine till the end when the house is being sold and I put two and two together and now I'm bawling!
I can't wait to show it to my Mom when she comes back from her summer home. My parents have always been my port in the storm...and I'd be there for them in a heartbeat.
I also followed Mother Dears advise and here I am. You have such a wonderful blog.
I listen to Reba all the time even went to a couple of concerts. She is AWESOME.
I grew up with 5 brothers and 3 sisters and my mom and dad was always there for us when we needed them. My mom had to work because my dad was hit by a train and was disabled. But she always found time. She always knew when we needed her even if we didn't say. She could just tell. I think that is why our family is so close.
Hats off to all mom's and dad's out there.
